The Honey Baked Ham Company

I love Honey Baked Ham's Turkey...I've visited this location twice this week. The customer service is horrible. The associate was eating lunch on my first visit and made it seem as if I was bothering her wanting to order. Yesterday after waiting a lady came from the back and was very rude while taking my order. She was not friendly at all. I will give credit to the young lady who was making the sandwiches, she saw how rude the lady was and apologized. Twice in one week.

Never again will I come to this location. The Douglasville location is where I usually go but couldn’t make it in time. They are consistently awesome. I went to this location because they are open later. Upon coming into the store I noticed I was the only customer there. No one greeted me or came to the front for a little. Once they did come up front is was like I was the biggest inconvenience. The girl was not happy that I asked for salads for some reason. She made a point to not look happy or sound happy the whole interaction. The light skinned lady came from the back and I smiled and said hello. Everyone was so unhappy I thought my happiness could project onto them. But nope she didn’t say a thing. Looked me in my eye and went to another register other than the one I was already at to ring me up. She didn’t speak and was very nasty about how she just shoved the ticket at me and walked off. I don’t need you to be my friend but friendly/kindness at the front of the house means a lot.

My 2nd attempt visiting this location for my Thanksgiving turkey & ham and was backed up as usual. A passersby that was served mentioned the wait was 2 hrs. I left and went to the Fayetteville location and was in& out in 45 mins. Shame on the Old National location for bad customer service prior reviews and super slow service. Got to do better for the community area they are serving.

The light skin manager here is horrible as hell. The cashier made a simple mistake with a coupon I had and I’m asking her what do I need to do because I can give whatever change back. She tells me oh I was talking to her and you interrupted. I said yeah because she pointed at me so I asked what was wrong. She talking bout oh my inventory is going to be off. I said so what that has to do with me? Like I’m the only customer in here and I’ve been in here 25 minutes because she keeps interrupting the young lady making my food. Then another customer came in to buy food and asked to use the restroom and she was very rude to the young lady to the point the lady wanted to jump in her. She’s very rude, unprofessional, and strange. The cashier was sweet and very polite. They do not deserve her.

MS.TRINA HURT is very rude and unprofessional.This week there is a promotion and Upon coming into the store I noticed I was the only customer there after trina and two other employees were chatting. No one greeted me and once i finally stepped up to the counter and said" hello how you doing ",and started to open my paper to ask questions MS TRINA HURT CUT ME OFF SAYING "ION HAVE NO HAM". i proceeded to look crazy and to say "i only wanted to ask some questions but due to your lack of customer service i will leave the store and wont return because you cut me off before i could even say anything." MS TRINA HURT had on a orange shirt with glasses and according to the other reviews I see about this location im not the only person who has had a horrible experience with her behind the counter
